Lisa Wallen is a Seattle-based standup comedian who attended her first open mic in March 2014. She did absolutely terrible, but that didn’t stop her from constant practice and turning her awkward, quirky demeanor into an enjoyable stage presence.

Since then, Lisa has hosted and featured weekends at some of the major comedy clubs in the northwest, including Parlor Live, Comedy Underground, and Laughs Comedy Spot. She has also opened for many respected national headliners, such as Arsenio Hall, Kermet Apio, Vir Das, Jeff Dye, and Brad Upton. She’s also performed in the Highlarious Comedy Festival and PAX West in Seattle, Anime Expo in Los Angeles, and the Idaho Laugh Fest in Boise.

Outside of comedy, Lisa is a host of the anime podcast Kawaii Five-0, which is available on Spotify, Apple, Podbeans, and other podcast platforms. She is a regular guest on various Twitch shows, podcasts, and Youtube channels. You can follow Lisa on Twitter and Instagram: @wisalallen
